MerQato Social is operated by Palawan Collective (https://merqato.digital) at social.merqato.digital. It is a workspace for planning, scheduling and approving social media posts across connected channels.

Terms of Service

Access is provided to invited users and their workspaces. You are responsible for the content you create and publish through the service, and for keeping your credentials secure. Connected social accounts remain subject to the terms of the platform they belong to. The service is provided as-is, without warranty, and may be changed or withdrawn. Use it only for content you have the right to publish.

Privacy Policy

We store what the service needs to work: your account details, the social accounts you connect, the posts and media you create, and the metrics those platforms report back. We do not sell personal data. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Deleting a post, a channel or your account removes the associated records, except where a platform still holds the content you published. To request an export or deletion of your data, email growpalawan@gmail.com.

Licensing and attribution

MerQato Social is a modified distribution of BrightBean Studio, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0). The full licence text ships with the application in the LICENSE file.

Because the AGPL requires that users interacting with this service over a network can obtain the corresponding source, the complete source for this deployment is available on request at growpalawan@gmail.com, and from the upstream project linked above. Copyright in the original work remains with its authors; this deployment's modifications are likewise released under the AGPL-3.0.
